The college of informatics has four departments. The department of information systems is one of the well-organized department in the college which opened in 2003. Since its creation the Department of information systems has carried out a series of reorganizations and has open the extension and MSc programs. The Department has grown significantly over the years. During the creation of the program, there was only few staffs with BSc degree and intake capacity of the department was only one section (around 40 students per a batch). But now, the program has MSc and extension programs in addition to regular program and also its intake capacity is up to two sections (around 140 students per batch). Regard to staffs currently, there are 25 academic staffs, 3 technical assistance and 2 admin staffs.
